How Can The Baby's Paternity Be Confirmed?

I am currently pregnant and I had my LMP on December 18th. I slept with someone on December 19th. Then I slept with my now boyfriend on January 1st and 2nd. My periods are very regular, occuring every 29-30 days. When I had my first ultrasound at 7 weeks and 6 days, the doctor said the baby's size looked "consistant" with my LMP and they weren't changing my due date. What are the chances the baby is not my boyfriend's?
