How Can The Findings Of A Sonography Report Be Interpreted?

.TECHNIQUE: Multiple, multiplanar grayscale sonographic and color Doppler images of the scrotum were obtained. COMPARISON: None. FINDINGS: The right testicle is normal in size, shape, and echotexture. There is normal Doppler flow documented. The testicle measures 4.6 x 1.9 x 2.7 cm. No focal mass or other abnormality is seen in the testicle. There is no abnormality in the right epididymis. There is a small right hydrocele. Small right varicocele is noted. The left testicle is normal in size, shape, and echotexture. There is normal Doppler flow documented. The left testicle measures 4.3 x 1.6 x 1.7 cm. No focal mass or other abnormality is seen in the testicle. There is no abnormality in the left epididymis. There is a small left hydrocele. There is a small left varicocele. Some of the vessels appeared thrombosed. what does this mean?
