How Can The Lichen Planus Scars Be Removed?

hii! i had lichen planus of skin 10 years before it is cured but dark brown spots are still remained on my whole body, is there any hope that i can rid of this spots and from 2 years i am also suffering with fibrodenoma in my right breast is this dangerous.

lesions of Lichen Planus usually leave hyper pigmented scars which gradually disappears....no need of any treatment for this but apply sunscreen over it at sun exposed area....Fibroadenoma is benign swelling and can be surgically removed.
