How Can The Measurements Of The Right And Left Ovary Be Interpreted To Be Normal Or Abnormal?
hello doctor, I am diagnosed with PCOD, two months ago. My periods are not regular. I was told to go for Hb, Prolactin and thyroid test, all of which came to be normal. Through ultrasound, i came to know that my ET=5mm, Right ovary=4.1*2 cm and left ovary =3.4*2 cm. Could you please tell me what does it mean? is it something serious? Currently i am having Ovacare forte medicine prescribed by my doctor.

et means endometrial thickness .it should be above 7 to 8 mm ..now as your thyroid and prolactin are normal it is good ..what is status of other lab tests as serum estradiol ..serum testosterone or serum FSH ..and sugar level ..ovocare is good ..please add tab metformin it shows promising results if sugar level is also high ...you will get results in 3 or 4 months
