How Can The Nerves Pain Caused By Injections Be Treated?

I am 45, I weight 137 lbs. I am 5 5 . I have had two spinial tap...1st in 1987 the 2nd 2004 In 87 I was supposed to get a epidural.... now I feel pain were the shots went...In 1987 the doctor missed the area twice,so the third time he got it right...But, all three times he hit a nerve,and my left leg jumped I was about to have a csection.. This pain shoots down my left leg, too,,,,The spinal fluid took 7.5 month s to build up, after the birth of my child. The 2004 csection was for both oviaries and uterus............
