How Can The Redness Which May Be Due To A Bite Be Treated?

unknown bite 1-1.1/2 cm apart
hi there doctor any possibility what may cause a bite or sting etc 1-1.1/2 cm apart ,2 holes are very tiny slight redness happened 3 days ago unknowingly, no symptoms "resembles pimple being pressed out with the redness that follows"thanks

If it was a confirmed bite, i usually advice my patients initially a combination of moderate potency steroid like mometasone with antibiotic like fusidic acid to be applied twice daily for a week.
