How Can The Spinal Injuries Caused By The Fall Be Managed?

Gmounica is 20 years age and height is 5.1 feet my daughter fell from third floor and mri scan report is partial collase with anterior wedging of D12 and L1 vertebrae with posterior subluxation of L1vertibra and low signal intensities inT1 w images and high signal intensities in T2W images and causing compression over thecal sac and spinal card. Rest of vertebrae are normal. Rest of inter vertebral discs are normal in morphology and signal intensities in all sequences. Rest of Thecal sac and spinal cord normal. Facet joints normal. What we have to do in this condition
