How Can Thigh, Groin Area, Abdomen And Back Pain Be Treated?

Hi, I am 34 years male, since last night I felt pain on my inner thigh . The thing doesn't have one. It has now traveled up from leg to the groin area and to my lower abdomen and lower back. This morning it was over on the right inner thigh also.

Please advise as pain is unbearable now
