How Can This Neck Lump Be Treated?

I discovered a very small lump on the left side of my neck about 3 days ago. Tonight I see that it has gotten quite a bit larger. And now it seems to have all but disappeared. Yet I can feel the very small lump. Can you give me some idea what this might be? Many thanks, Lena

welcome to Health care magic.
1.Neck is a very complicated anatomy.
2.Depending on the area where it is located.
3.It can be thyroid cyst/lymph node cystic mass/submandibular/parathyroid.
4.Howevere you are saying its resolving - monitor for few days and if its still persists.
5. Get an appointment and get an ultrasound neck done to rule out and get definitive diagnose.
Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
