Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Always prevent risk factors like acid reflux or pharyngitis etc.

You have to control acid reflux then it may heal itself.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

Use tablet Nexium. Eat small quantity meals for with increased frequency.

Elevate the head end of the bed, drink plenty of water. Eat less at night, go to bed 2 hours after dinner.

If symptoms not improved please consult your gastroenterologist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care.
