How Can Throat Irritation Caused By Chemical Exposure Be Treated?

I have been spray painting today with a spray gun and i was stupid to not wear a mask i have been painting from 10 till around 3 on and off i have spray 3 doffrent colours and laquor and not i have a wierd tingle in my throat and breathing diffrent and bad chest plus i have been burining rubbish which includes cans bottles boxes etc i would like to know what i could do to take or do thanks

Hi,

It looks like there is inflammation of throat along with inflammation of the respiratory unit leading to the symptoms that you are facing. I would suggest you to consult an Emergency room and get evaluated.

You can be advised bronchodialator for relief. Along with it do warm saline gargles and steam inhalations. Drink plenty of water.
