How Can Throat Lumps Around The Epiglottis Be Treated?

Hi. I had an endoscopy today re lumps at back of my throat. I had tonsillectomy about 30 years ago. They found a significant number of lumps at the back of my throat and around the epiglottis. I didn t understand the explanation although I am reassured its nothing sinister. Something about regeneration and acid reflux??

hello, thanks for your query, it could by acid reflux, smoking, viral papilloma, alcohol, genetic, granulomatous causes like tuberculosis, leprosy, rhinospordiasis, if it's viral papillomas u may have recurrence. whatever d cause, evaluate properly. hope I have answered your query, all the best. take care .
