How Can Throbbing Right-sided Pain On The Nape Of The Neck Be Cured?
I have throbbing intermittent pain at the nape of my neck on the right side and it s sensitive to the touch. The pain goes in and out throughout the day - pain level of 5 or 6. The rest of my head feels heavy with mild aches in different locations. This has been going on for 3 days. I m taking ibuprofen / Tylenol. I m not sure what brought this on except a strain and long computer use. Please advise...

Hello,
As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and plan for an MRI to rule out conditions like spondylitis or contusion.
