How Can Thyroid Dysfunction Be Treated?

My wife s age is 45 height 5 feet weight 65 kg . For the last 7 or 8 years she is suffering from thyroid problem. she is taking thyroid tablets as per the doctors prescription. This time her TSH level is 15.89. Please recommand the dose & medicine name.We don t have any issue(Child)

Her TSH level is high indicating that the thyroid hormone replacement is not sufficient. Please be advised to follow up with her treating physician to increase the dose of thyroid hormone. Keep monitoring TSH levels and adjust thyroid dose until TSH levels are normalized.
