How Can Thyroid Dysfunction Be Treated?

Hi, I have most of the symptoms of thyroid dysfunction [not too good short term memory, severe constipation, dry skin, slightly weight gain and off and on low energy], but my blood result is in normal range. Should I take any supplement? Beside that, I have bloating and water retention. Could you please advise? I like Dr. Andrew Rynne to answer me, and I m willing to pay, but I do not want to commit to monthly payments! Please advise.

Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern.

As per your history it seems you have calculated the symptoms of hypothyroidism. Most of the summary related to it. You need to Repeat your thyrofunction tests to cross check if there is any such condition.

Most of these symptoms are also present in normal state of life too like memory loss (short term), dry skin, dry skin and others can be because of some other issues.

I will recommend you to take fibrous foods like fruits and vegetables and also answer natural call on time never delay it.

You can also take vitamin A & E supplements for dryness of your skin.

Also get a liver function test done, which seems to be more needed than thyroid function test.

Hope my answer will help you and visit us back if you have any further queries.
