How Can Tinnitus Along With Vertigo Be Treated?

I have hearing loss and tinnitus in one ear for almost 2 years now. I started having spells of severe vertigo/nausea in 2012. it usually lasts several days and I m unable to do anything. the last few spells ive had my eyes have also had uncontrollable horizontal movement momentarily. this last spell started once I boarded a bus for a redeye trip to nyc Friday night and I m still having some vertigo and loss of appetite from it. seems like when I have these spells I m in a haze and don t remember much.

Thanks for trusting healthcaremagic for your health problems.

As per your symptom descriptions, two possibilities can be suspected. Either cerebellum (brain) related or Inner ear related.
My advice is you should consult neuro physician first to rule out cause related to cerebellum.
Till then you can use Tablet Stemetil or Tablet Betavert at night for vertigo.
