How Can Tinnitus And Body Imbalance Be Treated?

I am a PT and have a patient that has tinnitus, gaze evoked nystagmus, abnormal smooth pursuit, jumpy vision, central visual field floaters, headaches, and simply cannot keep her eyes still. She is not dizzy, but feels off-balance. I am thinking about recommending neuro-opthamologist to further assess. Onset: 2015. Severely affecting her life--ie. cannot cut hair since can t focus eyes, shouldn t be driving.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The tinitus, nystagmus and imbalance are all symptoms of internal ear problem. For time being tab. Avomine after food ( over the counter) would help. Please consult an E.N.T. specialist for detailed ENT examination and investigations.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
