Hello,

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history is concerned please take Blood Pressure medications as per your doctor's advice and check your pressure under control always. For swollen lymph nodes and coughing problems do a [Complete Blood Count with differential]and take medications as per findings.
For tinnitus follow like this to make a diagnosis first and for which you need few investigations like this -

1)A clinical examination by your ENT doctor

2)An audiological examination where you'll sit in a soundproof room wearing earphones through which will be played specific sounds into one ear at a time. You'll indicate when you can hear the sound, and your results are compared with results considered normal for your age. This can help rule out or identify possible causes of tinnitus.

3)Do an MRI scan

So this will rule out if your tinnitus is due to blood vessel problem or due to some other causes. Regarding muscle cramping you can take a multivitamin with b complex regularly.

Hope that helps
