How Can Tinnitus Be Treated?

Especially at night since I ruptured my eardrum just 5 days ago, I hear my heart beating in same ear (left). This is driving me crazy. I try to breathe heavier, try to turn a different direction. What can I do to stop this. I am still taking antibiotics. I hope you have an answer. I am miserable. Jo

Thank you very much for contacting healthcare magic.

You have problem of tinnitus because of eardrum damage.

Continue your antibiotics course. Antihistamines can use if needed.
Avoid loud music. Not give too much attention to tinnitus....try to ignore it.

See a white music to destrect your attention.
Pranayam also helpful in diagnosis.
Consult a ENT specialist for further treatment.

I hope my guidance helpful to you..
Take care.
Thank you.
