You have problem of tinnitus.First find a reason behind a tinnitus. That one may be because of ear infection or injury to ear or more wax build up in ear or other reasons.. Treat underling cause. Avoid loud music listening. Not pay attention to ringing sound ingnor it. Show a white music. Tinnitus retraining therapy more helpful. Relaxation excercise like yoga, meditation helpful. Take a complete sleep atleast 8 hours. Consult a ENT specialist for clinical examination and further treatment plan.
Wish you a good health.. Take care. Thank you. Dr Rachana.
