How Can Toe Pain With Redness, Internal Bleeding Be Treated?

hi, yesterday my second to little toe started paining very very badly.on examining it i didnt find anything wrong..except tht it was paing badly...on returning home at night i took off my sock to see that the toe was absolutely red.as if internal bleeding had happened...pls advise.i didnt hurt r stub my toe at all.
