How Can Toe Swelling, Bruising, Discoloration, Bleeding And Pain Be Treated?

I ran into the corner of the wall today chasing the dog. My second toe in from the pinky is purple and swollen, my pinky toe is swollen, the toe on opposite side of purple one is swollen and I have a bruise where the toes meet my foot. Under my toenail was bleeding and it is painful to put any pressure on itm what should I do?
