Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain pimple like painful lesions on lips seems to be Apthous ulcers and can be due to allergic reaction to any of the medication that you are taking while other common cause seems to be deficiency of iron and vitamin B12..
If it is due to allergic reacion they will subside once the medicine intake is stopped..
As of now you can take supportive treatment like apply a numbing gel containing Lignocaine or Choilne Salicylate over the ulcers..
Gargle with 1:1 solution of benadryl and milk of magnesia..
Suck ice pops.
Take a multivitamin tablet for 15 days..
Drink plenty of water..
Avoid spicy food..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
