How Can Tonsillitis And Bad Breath Be Treated?

Good morning. I am a 25 year-old man and I have been suffering from tonsilities for 2 years now. Can I please get advice on what antibiotic and what dosage? To add more, my tonsils are swalling and I have a very bad breath( halitosis)-a person can smell by bad breath 3 m away from me.

sart warm saline gurgling getdentalcheckup and oropharynx checked by dentist if there is carries route canal treatment can be given gums for gingivitis be checked if so riboflabin tab let can be given. maintain oral hygiene and sanitation
