How Can Toothache Along With Strep Throat And Sinusitis Be Treated?

I was diagnosed with strep throat on Wednesday and was given Z-pack(allergic to penicillin ).Next day had full sinuses ,ear pressure ,cough ,stuffed head and lots of green phlegm. Took last antibiotic pill today .Throat fills better ,but yesterday I experienced severe pain behind my front teeth ,roof of mouth is swollen, extremely painful ..hurts to eat or speak ,and I have a 99.7 temperature. Do I need a different antibiotic ? Is this a sinus infection or something related to the strep ?

Infectious Diseases Specialist 's  Response
Hello!
Related your concern I think that based on your clinical data this could be an non-well treated strep infection or maybe due to any side effects from azithromycin.
I need to know how long you have used the antibiotic?
What I suggest for you is to meet an infectious diseases specialist, doing a physical examination and strep throat test to find the reason of this situation and if needed to start an other antibiotic( levofloxacin).
I hope my answer helps you.
I wish you a quick recovery.
