General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Management of torn penile skin depends upon the extent of the injury. If the tearing is minor, can be healed with sterile dressing, medicines.

If the tear is larger, healing requires suturing of the torn edges.

Kindly upload a high-resolution photograph of the tear in the follow-up conversation, so that I can guide you in the best possible way.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
