How Can Tremors In The Hands And Head Be Treated?
I have recently seen a neurologist for intentional tremors in my hands and head. I also have high blood pressure. I currently take 160 mg of propanol and 10 mg of Lisinopril. Are there other medications that could specifically deal with the tremors?

tab.altoran 40mg (alzisartan) newer ARB with a diuretic like dytor 10mg OD dose
for tremor you can have these medication
tab.propanalol-er 160mg 1od
some transquillizer like citiprolam/ escitoprolam 1hs
or go for botox medicaton injtion if localalized tremors
tab.trubgaba-m 75mg 1hs
