I currently take prophanolol 10 mg. for hbp and left hand tremors. Been on it for about a year. Also taking vitamin D3, but having side effects of constipuation, very dry mouth, and muscle aches. Hand tremor getting worse. Is prophanolol the right med. for these problems?

Hello,
Propranolol works for some people, but if you are having such bad side effects on such a small dose then you need to see your doctor and get tried on a different medication.
Regards
