How Can Trigeminal Neuralgia Be Treated?

I have been going to the VA in TX. can t get an answer or a fix I believe I have trigeminal neuralgia started with a bad infection in sinus area it started to get out of hand in early march I can not take Tylenol I have reached a limit as my right side is now also in pain 2mg of hydromoriphine dose nothing I had this left oer from my Cancer treatment
