How Can Trigeminal Neuralgia Leading To Bell's Palsy Be Treated?

The left side of my daughter's lower lip has begun to droop, more noticably over time. She had chin augmentation surgery 11 months ago and has numbness around the chin and lower lip. ENT says the corner of her mouth is related to trigeminal neuralgia. and that she could develop Bell's Palsey....this is a real blow for a 16 yo....any suggestions of who we need to see and what tests or treatments might be available?
