How Can Trigger Finger And Sore Knee Be Treated?

I as involved in a car accident two weeks ago and have severe vertigo along with whiplash. MRI revealed Whit brain matter and possible blood flow restriction. I have a a finger joint that keeps locking up and is painful along with a sore knee from an operation over 120 years ago. I am 60 years old 5 4 158 LBS and a smoker. Please diagnose
