How Can Trigger Fingers Be Treated?

Hi I have 3fingers on each hand the will lock to the palm of my hand . Sometimes I cannot pull them out is painful and pops sometimes so hard you would think they are breaking. After using they swell and cramp. I have recently been diagnosed with severe arthritis of the canal where my nerves exit in lower back is it possible my hands have arthritis?

dear patient mostly if you have canal stenosis in lay mans language i would say there are bundle of nerves coming out from the spinal cord, compression of these nerves can also lead to such symptoms what i suggest you to do is go to a neurosurgeon with a mri obtained before itself so that he can assess your severity and consult a rheumatologist for arthritis purpose there are different kinds of arthritis ..which a rheumatologist can treat you on the basis of certain investihation hope that helps
