General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

If the compliance has been good, she should have improved by now. Please show her to a specialty of pulmonary medicine for revision of drugs and doses and to exclude the possibility of drug resistance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
