How Can Typhoid Fever Be Treated?

My daughter aged 9 years old weigh 22 Kg suffering typhoid fever... Her s.typhi o type1:80 ...CRP is 22.7 .used medicine Mikacin 1.5 ml twice in IV and Ancef 1GM in night and Ancef500ml in day for three days... But fever repeats every after 5 hours..... How much time taken to cure ...at least fever does not repeat....

diagnosis should be reviewed once again. since the treatment for typhoid is correct. there might be some other reason for fever.
