How Can Ulcerative Colitis Be Treated?

Hi, I have Ulcerative Colitis, among other medications, I am being treated with Remicade infusions. 800 mg every 8 weeks. I will be retiring soon and even with medicare suppliment or advantage plans the cost is rather steep. Is there an alternative medication?
