Hello,

You are suffering from hypothyroidism with virilization symptoms, and it may be due to abnormal production of testosterone in follicles like PCOD (Polycystic ovary disease) or other tumors or peripheral conversation.

You need an ultrasound abdomen, serum testosterone levels, serum LH and FSH Status etcetera. Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is.

Please consult your gynecologist so that she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
