Yes i have been having long distance relationship for the past three years and so visiting my boyfriend would be 3 days to 4 when we have off duties that is after every 3 months. On that note i have been using atleast postinor 2 but am told i can use it twice or repeatedly. So now i have been with my boyfriend for the next one week but aint sure the safest pill to use. was planning to use femiplan but i still dont know how to go about it. help please

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Femiplan is a combined contraceptive pill which is to be used regularly every month for its best efficiency.In your case it doesn't work as you are not doing regularly.So I would suggest you to use condoms for contraception and if you are not happy with using them then you can use Postinor-1 emergency contraception pill 2 doses taken 12 hours apart within 72 hours of intercourse.
