How Can Unwanted Pregnancy Be Terminated At Home?

Hello Sir please I need help , I am 25 years old from Egypt , I discovered I was pragnent two days ago , and Icant go on withthis pragnency I will be killed If the slightest signs appeared on me , I took a blood test to be sure and it came positive , today I took 4 tablets cytotec orally under my tongue then 3 hours later I took 2 orally and 2 vagainaly and after three more hours I took another 2 orally and 2 vagainaly, but untill now 12 hourse passed already since first dose and I have no blood and no cramps at all , please help me. What to do now I had my last period 4 weeks ago Thanks in advance

Hello dear
I understand your concern
You can not terminate intrauterine pregnancy at home as it cause serious complication like excessive bleeding, incomplete abortion and that require surgery.
Unwanted pregnancy should be confirmed according to law of abortion in your country and under the advise of gynecologist after confirming intrauterine pregnancy by USG scan.
You already taken cytotec three times.
But you have no sign of induced abortion.
I would suggest to consult gynecologist and undergo examination.
You should take extra dose of cytotec under supervision of gynecologist.
If drugs will not responds then D & C or suction evaculation is required to induce abortion
