General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The ideal method to terminate pregnancy depends on how far along in pregnancy you have come. During the early weeks, medications can be used to induce abortion. However, as gestational age advances vacuum evacuation, dilatation and evacuation have to be considered.

So please be advised to follow up with your OBGYN to get a pelvic ultrasound done first and decide on appropriate intervention accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi
