How Can Unwanted Pregnancy Be Terminated?

Hi.. My wife and i, actually she missed a monthly period and after testing we found that she is already pregnant. At the moment we are having a little child who is breast-feeding, soo my question doctor is how can we prevent this cause it will be a big burden to us.

Since she is very early into the pregnancy, pregnancy can be medically terminated with medication.
Combination of Mifepristone and misoprostol is used for inducing abortion.
These medications are available only with a prescription and you need to follow up with a gynecologist.
