General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Doing Kegels exercise will be helpful. Doing culture and sensitivity of first urine sample also should be done.

In case of any infection, sensitive antibiotic should be taken for proper term. Taking urinary anti-spasmodic like Flavoxate drug is also good.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nishad BN
