It seems I never can empty my bladder. I can not control my urin when I get the need to go. Then when I do Go, I never get. The feeling of completely. Empty bladder...get pain feeling in my side. I have been taken one Pill a day for water retention . Swallow fingers and angel fluid retention. Gain weight last few months 10lbs Or more...belly extension very visible . I am 86 female...

That could be due to detrusor muscle weakness. You should start taking Bethanechol which makes bladder contraction and voiding easy.
You should start doing kegel exercises.
