How Can Urinary Urgency, Feeling Of Fullness And Groin Pain Be Treated?

Hello, recently I have had urinary complaints. Symptoms urgency, feeling of fullness, pain in groin and right testi. Primary care negative ultrasound for retention, xray negative bladder cysts, urinalysis negative for clymidia ghonorreaha and uti. Will be months before urologist could see me. Any thing else I can do or suggest to primary care?

be relax drink sufficient quantity of water.take citrius fruits.take spongia 30 in gloubles 4-6 pills thrice daily for 7 days.(it is homeopathic medicine)
