How Can Vaginal Bleeding Due To Dryness Be Treated?

I have Crohns disease and have had a lot of surgies and I have had a hysterectomy and I am really dry the dr said there is a lot of atrophy there too. I use ky but my boyfriend was fondeling with his finger and got a little rough and afterwords i was bleeding.
Should i see my Dr I have not been active in a long time
