How Can Vaginal Discharge After Laparoscopic Surgery Be Treated?

i have polycystic ovaries for which i had a laproscopic surgery...i didnt have my cycle till the 4th week and i started showing some symptoms of pregnancy... i got the test done but it was negative.... i am still haviing some discharge but no sign of periods... its been six weeks since surgery... help!!
