How Can Vaginal Discharges Be Treated?

Hi, I've been having a bit more discharge than usual lately, and sometimes its watery, and I've had to keep changing my underwear, and have to always excuse myself to urinate shortly after that discharge, as well. Also, sometimes my discharge is quite thick. I've usually always had discharge, but just within the past week or so its been more. I am not sexually active. Is there anything I can take to help this, or to even limit the vaginal discharge I get?
