Hi, I think you should consult your doctor before taking any medicines. It can be due to some vaginal infection. You can take some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal. There is no harm in using vaginal tablets, but better to use a vaginal cream. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
