How Can Vaginal Infection Be Treated?

Hello I am a 44/45 yr old woman . I am having what would appear to be vaginal discharge but not actually discharging , a slight odor . I had thought it was a yeast infection brought on by antibiotics due to the discharge/ non discharge ( it is only inside me vagina does not appear on any underwear) . So I had taken Fluconazole 200mg 1 tb po qd x3 days. But it did not seem to help . I only noticed it because when I would masturbate I would have a white film appear on device .
