How Can Vaginal Infection Be Treated?

Hello doctor, I m from Nigeria and I ve been battling vaginal infection for some months now. I tried self medications with antibiotics and there s no improvement. I usually get a yellowish discharge and a foul fishy smell but no itching. I need your help. Thank you

Hello maam! I see how those bacteria are troubling you down there. no worries!
It's just a Bacterial Vaginosis, and will hardly take a week to disappear provided you take the medicines regularly.
1. Tab. Metronidazole 200 mg TDS (thrice daily) for 7 days (morning---- afternoon-----night)

2. Clindamycin cream 2% for local application on the vagina- daily for 5 days.
