I would suggest that you do vaginal swab and culture after stopping all the treatment for three days. You also need to do to Pelvic Ultrasound to rule out any pelvic infection. Doctor will prescribe you antibiotic or antifungal according to culture report. As for your husband, white discharge from penis can be due to gonorrhea or non specific urethritis ( which is infection of the urethra). I would suggest him to do Penile swab and early morning urine sample test. He will also need to be treated according to result of the urethral swab.
